Pusyy88 Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for All Malaysian Members

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pusyy88 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines set out in this document.

Each member is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account only at pusyy88. Multiple account registrations – whether using the same name, phone number, email address, payment method, or IP address – are strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts.

By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

Deposit funds must originate from a legitimate source and belong to the registered member. pusyy88 reserves the right to decline or return any deposit suspected of being linked to illegal activity or fraud. Members are not permitted to receive deposits from third parties on their behalf.

Members who have met all requirements are entitled to withdraw funds from their pusyy88 account at any time. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit (except in specific cases approved by the pusyy88 team).
• The account holder name on the destination withdrawal account must match the registered name on your pusyy88 account.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within 1–3 hours on business days.

All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks. In certain cases, the pusyy88 team may request verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding RM 5,000 or for newly active accounts.

Pusyy88 offers various bonuses and promotions to its members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated in the respective promotional offer. General conditions that apply to all bonuses are:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the pusyy88 system cannot be cancelled or modified by members.
• Pusyy88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a live game, pusyy88 will defer to the resolution policy established by the relevant game provider.
• For Sports Betting, if a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant provider's rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are as displayed at each table or betting market.

All game results are final. Any enquiry or dispute regarding a game result must be submitted to the pusyy88 support team within 24 hours of the incident.

Pusyy88 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Fraud & Money Laundering: Using the pusyy88 platform for fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any other illegal purposes.
• Collusion: Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or live betting.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or using any other method to obtain bonuses fraudulently.
• Match Fixing: Manipulating or colluding in match-fixing to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to access or interact with the pusyy88 platform.
• Account Sharing: Allowing others to use your pusyy88 account.

Pusyy88 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties – whether express or implied – regarding the functionality, accuracy, or continuous availability of the platform.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, pusyy88 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity on this platform.
• Service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party financial service providers.

In all cases, pusyy88's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Pusyy88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account at any time without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• The member has provided false or misleading registration information.
• Duplicate accounts found under the same or related name.
• At the member's own request for voluntary account closure.

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting the pusyy88 support team. Any cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the member within 5–7 business days after the account closure is processed.

All content on the pusyy88 platform — including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of pusyy88 or its content licensors and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law.

Members are not permitted to:

• Copying, redistributing, or republishing any pusyy88 content without prior written permission.
• Using pusyy88's brand name, logo, or trademarks for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the platform's source code.

Pusyy88 believes that betting should be an enjoyable and controlled form of entertainment. We are fully committed to responsible gambling and provide the following tools to support our members:
